Approved March 25, 2022 - Page 6 President-Elect Glen, on behalf of the Ruritan National Foundation board, offered thanks to outgoing Ruritan National Foundation President, Brent Wheeler for her service in 2020-2021. President Linward recognized the following retiring National Directors and Officers: Dennis Bagnell, Lynn Fillers, Cassandra Flanagan, Susan Greisz, Ed Hicks, Donna Poulton, and Timothy Spitler.
