business relationships because the recording could be viewed by the person recorded as an invasion of privacy or as a demonstration of lack of trust.

Recording in places where employees or others reasonably can expect privacy, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and changing areas, could be viewed by the person recorded as an invasion of privacy.

Recording without the consent of all parties who are recorded may be unlawful in relevant locations where Yanfeng conducts business.

For these reasons, the Company has adopted the following policy: General Prohibition on Workplace Recording

Except in the limited circumstances described below, employees are prohibited from recording, or attempting to record, images of any person or activity, and conversations and communications that occur at Yanfeng’s place of business or in the course of performing job responsibilities for the Company unless all persons to be recorded are notified of, and consent to, the recording before it is made. This policy includes those conversations or communications and activities that in any way involve Yanfeng employees, any clients, or any other individual with whom the Company is doing business or intending to do business in any capacity, including but not limited to, vendors, suppliers, business partners, consultants, attorneys and independent contractors. This policy also applies to all methods of recording, including, but not limited to, smartphone “apps” that are capable of recording, tape recorders, video cameras, and similar audio recording devices. The general prohibition on recording also applies to any use of devices with projected displays designed to be seen by only the wearer or owner, such as Google Glass, and other wearable technology with recording capabilities. Such devices should not be brought onto the Company’s premises without the Company’s written permission. Yanfeng will not construe or apply this Policy in a way that interferes with employees’ recording of communications with each other concerning wages, hours or working conditions or recording of allegedly unsafe working conditions. Authorized Workplace Recording The above prohibition does not apply to use of a recording device for the following legitimate business purposes:

routine security operations,
