Nothing in this policy is intended to prevent employees from wearing a hair or facial hair style that is consistent with their cultural, ethnic or racial heritage or identity. Religious, Medical and Disability Accommodations

The Company will reasonably accommodate exceptions to this policy if required due to an employee's religious beliefs, medical condition or disability. Employees who need such an accommodation should contact their supervisor or Human Resources.

JOB AND SHIFT VACANCIES

YANFENG believes in giving people opportunities to advance within the Company. The Company believes in a "promotion from within" practice while at the same time seeks to select the most qualified individuals to fill available positions. Technical hourly positions (unless it’s determined the position will not be filled) will be posted internally on the employee bulletin board. If you are interested in being considered for a job, you should follow the instructions on the job posting to apply.

Hourly Position Posting

Full-time hourly positions will be posted on the employee bulletin boards. For positions that require specific technical, leadership and/or business skills, interviews may be required. In all instances, the following is required to be considered for a full-time job posting:

• Must be a full-time YANFENG employee;

• No quality and/or safety written warnings within the preceding 6 months;

• Three (3) or less attendance points;

• Not eligible if awarded a posted position within the preceding 6 months.

• Will be posted internal for 7 consecutive days.

When job postings are awarded, a maximum 30-day training window may be applied to allow proper staff training to take place.

Shift preference

Employees will be able to apply to work on their preferred shift under the following conditions:
