DRESS CODE AND APPEARANCE POLICY

Appropriate dress and personal appearance will contribute to a safe and customer oriented work environment. Employees should look neat, clean, and well-groomed, and should be dressed appropriate for the business environment. A "common-sense" approach to hygiene and appearance will contribute to a successful team-oriented work environment, keeping in mind the nature of the work, your own safety and the safety of co-workers.

Inappropriate Attire:

• Clothing that constitutes a safety hazard including, ripped (includes exposing

flesh) or extremely baggy clothing, hoodies cannot be worn up, and on your

head when on the production floor.

• Open-toed/heel shoes on the production floor

• Shoes with heels on the production floor

• Flip-flops, slippers, sandals, Crocs

• Printing on shirts/outerwear which includes obscene, harassing language or

pictures

• Politically charged images that distract from workplace goals

• Strapless, spaghetti strap or tank tops, jogging suits, garments that are

unnecessarily revealing or tight, sweatpants, leggings and other similar

apparel

• Clothing which allows undergarments to be exposed, or shows exposed flesh

when bending, stooping, or stretching.

• Jewelry may be restricted for safety reasons

Appropriate Attire for Manufacturing / Operations Personnel:

• Pants, shorts no shorter than mid-thigh

• T-Shirts, Golf Shirts, Button-Front Shirts

• Closed toe and closed heel shoes with flat soles

Management reserves the right to determine appropriate dress if not specifically addressed in the policy. If your choice of clothing is determined to be inappropriate, including style, graphics, or fit, your supervisor or manager will require you to make changes. Hourly and non-exempt employees will not be compensated for any time missed
