Consecutive Shift Absences (Up to 3 Days) – own Medical related with Dr. Note Late (Less than or equal to 2 Hours) – must call in 1 hour before start of shift; see Full Shift Absence Point

NCNS – No Call No Show

During the first 90-days of your employment, any unexcused absences will result in a final attendance letter. Any other unexcused absence will result in immediate termination of employment. It is the employee responsibility to know their points status. Corrective Action Corrective attendance actions occur as a result of your attendance record in a twelve (12) month rolling calendar period based on the following point totals:

There may be times when your absence points are accumulated in between attendance reporting times. You will be placed at the proper step in the process based on the points accumulated even if earlier warnings have not been documented and delivered. It is your responsibility to keep up with your attendance at work and the expectation is that you are aware of your attendance habits always. Excused absences include:

Approved Vacation

▪ Short Term Disability (see reference)

Jury Duty

Bereavement Leave

Military Service

Approved Personal Days
