MORNING FIT Start your day the right way with Morning Fit! This shallow water workout combines calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistance exercises. You will jog, kick, march and jump through the wa ter to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Leisure Pool.
