Dive into a refreshing fitness experience with Cardio Yoga! This dynamic workout combines the invigorating benefits of cardio exercises with the balance and flexibility of yoga. Immerse yourself in the buoyancy of water as you embark on a journey of rhythmic cardio routines that elevate your heart rate and enhance endurance. Transition seamlessly into the soothing realm of yoga-inspired stretches and poses, taking advantage of the water’s resistance to sculpt and tone your muscles. The last 15 minutes of class will transition to the therapy pool to focus on yoga. This class offers a perfect balance between energizing cardio and mindful relaxation. Leisure Pool.
