New Business The Chair called for any new business. There was no new business brought before the delegates. Announcements The Chair called upon National Secretary James, for announcements. At 10:27 a.m. the Chair, hearing no objection, declared the meeting adjourned after the pledge. 2022 Ruritan of the Year, Former First Lady, Fran Bristow led the Pledge of Allegiance.
