David noted the Treasurer’s report can be found on page 3 of the Annual Report with statement and notes on pages 5-10 of the Annual Report. The Chair called upon the National Secretary, James M. Mills, Jr., for his report. James reported as there was no 2021 convention, there are no convention minutes in the 2021 Annual Report. The minutes of the 2020 Ruritan National Convention were approved by the Board of Directors in March of 2020 and can be found in the 2020 Annual Report on pages 19-30. The 2020 Annual Report is available on the Ruritan.org website in the Member Resources Library. Any referenced attachments are on file at the National Office. The Chair called upon Executive Director, Michael Chrisley for his final report to the delegates (Mike is retiring in March 2022 after 40 years with Ruritan National and 16 as the Executive Director). Delegates gave Mike a standing ovation as he came to the podium. Mike gave an oral report to the delegates including thanking everyone for the opportunity he had to serve the organization in various roles . Mike’s report is on page 3 of the Annual Report.
