Persons who are not employees of the Company may not solicit or distribute any kind of literature for any purpose on the Company’s premises, including building interiors, parking lots, driveways or any other Company property. The Company may approve limited exceptions to this policy for charitable activities. This policy does not apply to Company sponsored activities. The posting of materials in designated posting areas or electronic announcements via the Company’s email system are permitted if such postings are not obscene or violate the Company’s harassment policies. All postings and/or company -wide electronics communications must be authorized by Human Resources. Yanfeng does not accept personal deliveries of any kind. The personal computer has revolutionized the way we communicate and do business. For the purposes of this policy, computing resources are defined to be all Company owned or leased computer hardware, including workstations, personal and laptop computers, software, networks and other assets. Electronic activity is any activity on computing resources including: the generation, modification or storage of data; the transmission or receipt of data, including electronic messaging, e-mail, telephone systems, cellular phones/texting and faxing; and the viewing of data. Data includes documents, messages (including texts), information and software programs, generated, modified, stored, transmitted or received through electronic activity. Employee’s use of Employer’s computers, computer systems and networks, and Internet connections to transmit e-mail shall be limited primarily to business communications. YANFENG grants Employee limited use of Employer’s computers, computer systems and networks, and Internet connections to transmit and receive e-mail that does not violate the No Harassment policy or any other term of this Policy. • Employees are expected to report security violations immediately via methods indicated in the corporate Ethics handbook. • Employees must protect sensitive information and agree not to copy licensed software except in accordance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures. • Employees must follow corporate policies, standards, and procedures where it relates to the reproduction, destruction, or modification of information. E-mail and other company electronics may not be used for transmission or receipt of offensive, sexually explicit, defamatory, or discriminatory e-mail or attached electronic files. The use of e-mail and other company electronics for purposes likely to be deemed as illegal or harassment, is strictly prohibited. • Employees may not download or use software from the Internet or from sources not authorized by management.
