Fitness Passes Do you want to try a new class, or mix and match your exercise program? If so, the fitness pass is for you! 10 Visit Fitness Pass: $65 Daily Fitness Pass: $7 All fitness classes must have a minimum of five registered participants for the class to run. If the class does not meet the minimum, it will be cancelled and not available for fitness pass holders. Classes taught in The Cove have a maximum limit of 10 participants. Fitness passes cannot be used if the maximum number of participants for the day Mission Swimpossible Are you ready to start 2020 off right by taking your workout routine up a notch? Join us for a six-week morning boot camp- guarante d to help you conquer your day! This boot camp will involve workouts on deck as well as in the pool. Be prepared to make a splash and break a sweat! Rolling in the Deep Strap on an aqua belt and join us for a deep water class in the diving well of the competition pool! You will use noodles, buoys, and resistance gloves to develop core strength while performing aerobic exercises such as jogging, skiing and more! MERMADNESS! Looking for a class that targets your core while allowing you to temporarily live your dream of being a mermaid or merman? Join us for MerMADness! This class will involve the use of “mermaid fins” that require you to absolutely challenge your core! You will be sure to break a sweat while looking mermazing!
