Morning Fit Start your day the right way with Morning Fit! This shallow water workout combines calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistance exercises. You will jog, kick, march and jump through the water to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Instructor: Danielle Bland
Warm Water Workout The warm water exercise program is designed for individuals with arthritic and mobility limitations. This class is for you if your goals include increasing strength, flexibility, and range of motion in a relaxing and low impact atmosphere.
