January 12, 2019 – Communicated with Larry Gwaltney as to who will be attending Chiefs conference. January 19 & 2019 – Instructor for EVOC class held at Westvaco Rescue Squad

Combining Conferences April 13, 2019 – Installed Officers for Falling Springs Fire Dept. at banquet. April 14, 2019 -Attended Southwest Fire Association Meeting in Martinsville, VA April 20, 2019 – Meeting with Executive Director at Fife Vol Fire Dept. May May 5, 2019 – Meeting with VAVRS in Oilville, VA. Combining Conferences May 11, 2019 – Received Executive Directors report for April, reviewed and emailed to Officers May 20, 2019 – Attended Alleghany County Fire & Rescue Association Meeting June June 13-16, 2019 – Attended Southwest Association Convention held in Kingsport TN. June 18, 2019 – Received Executive Directors report for May and reviewed. June 29 – 30, 2019 – Held EVOC Class at WestRock Rescue Squad for area Departments. During the year had a lot of communications by phone, texting and emails with Officers, Executive Committee, Executive Director and members in other districts across the State. I would like to thank Ken Brown, 1 st Vice President, Pete Kirby 2 nd Vice President and Walt Bailey 3 rd Vice President for stepping up and attending Conferences, and meetings that were more in their districts in order to save travel expenses and when I was unable to attend these events throughout the year.
