In this class you will work all of the major muscle groups while emphasizing core stability. Aqua Yoga Aqua Yoga utilizes the principles and movements of hatha yoga and adapts them to the water. The yoga poses practiced in this class will help you develop strength and static balance, as well as increase your range of motion. Beginners are welcome!
