Palacinky-Bilini
Ingredients: 1 cup flour sifted 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk (about) 1 cup flour (or enough to make a thin consistency)
1/2 tsp. sugar Pinch of salt 1 tbsp. melted butter Optional fillings: Ricotta cheese Vanilla
Powdered sugar Jam or preserves Fruit Whipped cream
Instructions : Combine sifted flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add enough milk to make a thin batter – a little thinner than pancake batter. Beat until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Pour about 1/2 cup batter into a heated, greased frying pan and swirl it around to coat bottom of pan. When it is lightly brown on the underside, turn and brown on other side.
Spread with filling of your choice and roll up gently.
