During discussion on the appeal, Steve Meadows, Dale Ruritan Club moved to adjourn, which was seconded. A rising vote was taken; the motion to adjourn was adopted. The meeting adjourned at 12:17 pm. Luther Lafollette led the group in the pledge of allegiance.
