NEW BUSINESS The Chair asked if there was any new business to come before the assembly. Jayson Duncan, Pinehall Club, Past National President moved “that the delegates request the bylaws committee and board of directors to bring back a motion to the next convention to lower the board of directors to 15 members over a three-year period with option if significant growth we can add board members back.” The chair stated that a similar motion was just rejected and ruled the motion out of order. Gary Taylor, Pineview Ruritan Club, Columbia District, Past National President appealed the ruling of the chair; the appeal was seconded.
