The chair called upon President-Elect Mike Morrison to come forward to receive a plaque thanking him for his service in 2022.

Prior to departing the stage, Foundation President O.H. announced that the silent and live auction held Friday evening netted in excess of $15,000.00.
NATIONAL REPORTS The Chair called upon National Treasurer David Thompson for his report. David noted that his statement is on page 3 of the Annual Report and appropriate financial information on pages 5-10. He noted the fiscal year balance ended in red by $1200.00. He specifically thanked Executive Director Sarah for her frugal efforts to stay on budget. The one issue needing attention by clubs is the timely payment of club dues to National. Currently, there is $90,000.00 in uncollected club dues to date. A positive this past
