Ruritan Annual Report 2022-2023

Out-going non-Board member committee members were offered thanks by the Chair: Debi Davis (Publications), Bill Robins (Budget and Finance) and Guy Cox (BAC). With gratitude and thanks, the Chair asked the out-going NBODs and National officers to stand for recognition: Dennis Bagnell, Larry Bowman, David Hartgrove, Patsy Shelton, Roy Wallen, Cleve Wright, Mike Wright and Linward Hedgspeth.
