Report Writing with Genesys

Add Table Control to the Report In this step we will add the table control to the report. Note: Report Explorer displays table elements

1. Drag ‐ drop the Table control onto detailBand4, resize across the page 2. Select table1 and select Borders in the property grid 3. Select All borders Note: Make sure to select the table cells in the Report explorer then select all borders 4. Remove white space as necessary

Add Labels to the Table Cells In this step we will insert labels into the table cells. Note: as the labels are inserted in the tableCells in the Report Explorer 1. Drag ‐ drop Label controls onto tableCell1, tableCell2 and tableCell3. 2. Resize the Label controls as necessary to fit inside the tableCells Note: Red indicates the labels are

overlapping the tableCells. This is what we want in this case as we need the labels to format the tableCells
