Report Writing with Genesys

Reorder Unbound band is sent to the bottom of the report. We need to reorder the bands to get the new band up under detailBand1 1. Right ‐ click in the whitespace and select Edit and Reorder Bands 2. Select DetailReportBandDefault2 and use the arrow keys to position it under detailBand1

Rename Band, Insert TOC Controls, and Page Break

1. Rename “detailReportBandDefault2” to “TOC_T=OF_Band” in the Property Grid 2. Insert the “Table Of Contents” control into “detailBand6” 3. Stretch “tOCControl1” across the workspace 4. Insert another “Table Of Content” control into “detailBand6” 5. Stretch “tOCControl2” across the workspace 6. Insert “Page Break” control and collapse white space
