Scripture: Exodus 20:8-11
Hymn:
"We’ll Work ‘Til Jesus Comes"
Meditation: God created a perfect pattern for life, for work and rest, in the creation week. His object was to give an example for the crowning work of creation, God’s namesake & companionship, mankind, to prosper in life on earth. The Supreme Creator-God could have created the heavens and earth in six seconds or in six millennia, but the Divine Trinity chose seven days as the perfect pattern for mankind to follow in work and rest.
Six Literal Days , according to God’s own explanation in the Ten Commandments!
