Neighborhood Engineer Neighborhood Engineer is a term Pascor Atlantic uses when site visits are made to take measurements, pictures, assess clearance issues and develop switch arrangements to meet specific needs. This is necessary when replacing older equipment where structure and switch information is no longer available. Pascor Atlantic field engineers are available for site visits to take critical measurements and in most cases map out the initial switch design in real time. This ensures the end product will be installed properly and perform as intended. Pascor Atlantic offers live part retro‐fit capability as well as complete switch replacement to accommodate a wide variety of applications. Special application products can also be developed to answer that unfulfilled product need. Factory support can be reached via phone and e‐mail to answer an array of application questions, troubleshooting, test standards, and performance interests. “Lunch and Learn” sessions are also available for large groups upon request. The ability to strategically place our product into your design drastically reduces time and labor, ensuring schedules and outages are maintained.
