Intro to Fitness Swimming / Pre-Masters Are you interested in getting into a fitness swimming routine, but don’t know where or how to start? Do you want to build your endurance in the pool? Are you looking to better your competitive strokes or learn new strokes? Then Intro to Fitness Swimming is for you. A coach will provide a work out along with stroke and turn analysis.
