Kristen Badgley leads the West Region for Accenture DayNine (Workday) team, collaborating with a talented group of Workday experts. She is a Professional Services executive with more than 20 years of expertise working with geographically diverse technology clients. She led business development initiatives for service firms including DocuSign, Korn/Ferry, Accenture, Nextel, and Proxicom, where she created the Investor Relations function for the CFO. Kristen started her career as an engineer with Lockheed Martin. Kristen serves as Chairman of the Board for the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Northern California. She earned an MBA from Harvard University, an MS degree in systems engineering and a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. Daniel Beck is the chief financial officer of SVB Financial Group, responsible for all finance, treasury and accounting functions for the company, and a member of the executive committee. Daniel joined SVB Financial Group from Bancwest Corp. where he was CFO and Treasurer and a member of the executive management committee. Previously, he was CFO of Bank of the West and the bank’s controller. In his former positions, Beck was responsible for leadership of the finance function, along with large scale transformation programs. He managed the relationships and communication with the parent company, regulators, rating agencies and management and he also played a lead role in the company’s successful submission of its first Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) stress test. Prior to joining Bancwest, Beck held financial positions at Wells Fargo and Freddie Mac and worked at Deloitte & Touche and E*Trade Financial Corporation earlier in his career. Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Ryan Carter is a globally oriented serial entrepreneur with international business interests throughout the United States, Latin America, and Asia in areas of turnkey manufacturing and plastics recycling. After living in Mexico for seven years, Ryan became a Puerto Rico resident in 2017, from where he directs his business activities and investments while continuing to travel extensively, his top passion in life, having visited over 100 countries to date.
Gyasi C. Chisley , PMP, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President, Strategy and Payment Policy/Innovation for UnitedHealthcare. As healthcare transitions to a value-based industry, Gyasi’s platform consists of the creation of new payment strategies for an improved healthcare delivery throughout the United States, fortification of physicians/payer relations, and collaboration/acquisition of companies to improve quality within the portfolio of services provided by UnitedHealthcare. In his most recent post, Gyasi was humbled to serve as CEO for Methodist Healthcare and Senior Vice President for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN. Gyasi lead thousands of Associates, an employed and contracted Medical Staff, and a thriving market within the communities of the greater Memphis region. Gyasi is an accomplished executive and has over 18 years of hospital/ fiscal operations experience with a sound background in ambulatory services, academic medicine, consulting, and federally qualified healthcare centers. Previous positions include VP and COO, UC Health University Medical Center; VP, Business Development/Org Effectiveness, Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati; Executive Director, Business Development, ARAMARK Healthcare in Chicago, IL; and Budget Director, Fiscal Operations for Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Gyasi’s extensive background has allowed him to experience many regions throughout the United States including Chicago, New York, Miami, Atlanta, and Detroit, but he maintains a strong affinity for his hometown, Milwaukee, WI.
