7. Entry must be through door 1. 8. The Christiansburg Recreation Center is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen lockers contents. 9. All equipment stored in Parks and Recreation Facilities is for Christiansburg Parks and Recreation use only. 10. Outside drinks and/or food may not be brought inside Christiansburg Parks and Recreation Properties (unless approved be the Director or Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation). 11. Failure to abide by these rules could warrant a minimum of one year, up to a permanent suspension for all Christiansburg Park and Recreation and Aquatic facilities, programs and events. All Parks and Trails Additional Rules: 1. Hours of Parks is Dawn to Dusk unless otherwise specified. 2. Motorized vehicles allowed in designated areas only. 3. No food or drink except water allowed on artificial turf fields. 4. No pets allowed inside sports complexes except in designated areas. Certified service dogs are exempt. 5. Children under 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 6. Warmups in designated areas only. 7. No skates, skateboards, bikes or scooters allowed inside sports complexes. 8. No glass or bottles allowed in the play area. 9. No pets allowed in the Splash Pad. 10. Pets must be on a leash or completely under the owner’s control. 11. No propane grills or tanks are allowed in the parks. 12. No open fires unless approved by the Director or Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation. 13. Gymnasium and Track Rules: 1. Food, beverages, chewing gum & tobacco vapor products are prohibited.

2. Only non-marking sneakers are permitted on the gym floor. 3. Absolutely NO dunking or hanging on the basketball rims. 4. During busy times, there will only be half court games. 5. Strollers are permitted on the inside lane of the track M-F 10am-2pm. 6. Inside track lanes are for walkers, outside lanes are for runners. Track Directions: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday please travel counterclockwise. Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday please travel clockwise. Batting Cage Rules 1. The Batting Cage is a Tobacco Free Facility. 2. No sunflower seeds or chewing gum.

3. Trash must be picked up and placed in trash can. 4. Turn off lights and lock the door when exiting. 5. Tennis shoes only. 6. No food or drinks on the turf. 7. Adult supervision required for users 17 and under.
