During the last fiscal year, CHIP of Roanoke Valley provided: 1,980 instances of nutrition education 1,853 instances of dental education 3,293 instances of parenting education 1,201 instances of home safety education 2,782 instances of health education CHIP served 618 children from 391 low-income families
CHIP nurses provided 5,441 tele-health visits CHIP nurses performed 875 in-person home visits CHIP connected 38 adults and 8 children to mental health counseling
CHIP provided transportation to 205 appointments
