Report from the Secretary of Convention Notice of Proposed Changes to the Constitution of The Episcopal Church

In the summer of 2018, the 79 th General Convention of the Episcopal Church proposed 9 changes to the The Episcopal Church’s Constitution. As Secretary of The Diocese of Southwestern Virginia’s Annual Convention, I am to make these proposals known to our Convention.
