Reflecting over the last year, teaching during the pandemic has not been ideal. It has presented many obstacles in the mathematics classroom. We learned teachers will go to great lengths to engage their students in the virtual classroom, using stick ers, or finding multiple resources to assist in hands - on activities, or modeling ways to learn math con cepts. As a result of the pandemic, teachers have acquired new skills and strategies that will benefit them long after the pandemic is over. These new online resources support students in and out of the classroom. These platforms have created a more equitable classroom environment for all students to use manipulatives and programs that enhance their learning.
