three part membership As a member of the NRVHBA, you are automatically part of both the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We take care of sending your membership dues to these organizations on your behalf.Your annual dues are divided among the NRVHBA, HBAV, and NAHB, providing you with access to benefits at all three levels.

Advocacy: HBAV represents your interests at the Virginia General Assembly and with state regulators, working on over 200 legislative issues each year to protect the housing industry.
