Tom Zbell Tom has been a project manager at Genedge for 19 years. He spent 25 years implementing Lean concepts in various industries around the Commonwealth. He has a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, a Masters in Organizational Management and over 40 years’ experience in various industries.

James Smith James is a Regional Growth

Manager for GENEDGE, the Virginia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). He has a background in Manufacturing/Electronics and Business Administration. He has experience in product design engineering, quality assurance, sales, workforce and enterprise growth services. He is trained in Lean and Six Sigma.
