Bylaws Issues Appearing on Ballot 1. Ballot Issue from Approved National Board Motion 2020-08-10 – Proposes a change to the calculation used to determine the number of delegates per club to the National Convention. Passage would amend the Ruritan National Bylaws, Article VII, Meetings, Section 1, Conventions, Paragraph B, Voting Body, Item 6a, Club Delegates. Current: Each adult member club shall be entitled to one (1) delegate for each 10 members or major fraction thereof, provided that each member club shall be entitled to at least two (2) delegates at any Ruritan National Convention. Proposed: Each adult member club shall be entitled to one (1) delegate for each 5 members or major fraction thereof, provided that each member club shall be entitled to at least two (2) delegates at any Ruritan National Convention.
