THIS HANDBOOK IS FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND IS NOT INTENDED TO CREATE CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS OF ANY KIND. MODIFICATIONS TO AT WILL STATUS OF EMPLOYMENT MAY ONLY BE MADE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES. THIS HANDBOOK IS DESIGNED TO ACQUAINT ME WITH YANFENG AND TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION ABOUT WORKING CONDITIONS, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, AND THE POLICIES AFFECTING MY EMPLOYMENT. THIS HANDBOOK DESCRIBES MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN EMPLOYEE AND OUTLINES THE PROGRAMS DEVELOPED BY YANFENG TO BENEFIT EMPLOYEES. NO EMPLOYMENT GUIDE CAN ANTICIPATE EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE OR QUESTION ABOUT POLICY. AS YANFENG CONTINUES TO GROW, THE NEED MAY ARISE AND YANFENG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE, SUPPLEMENT, OR RESCIND ANY POLICIES OR PORTIONS OF THE HANDBOOK FROM TIME TO TIME AS IT DEEMS APPROPRIATE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THIS EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR VERSIONS WHICH ARE HEREBY DECLARED NULL AND VOID. I UNDERSTAND THAT NOTHING CONTAINED IN THIS EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK MAY BE CONSTRUED AS CREATING A PROMISE OF FUTURE BENEFITS OR A BINDING CONTRACT WITH YANFENG FOR BENEFITS OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT NO EMPLOYEE, SUPERVISOR, OR MANAGER CAN VERBALLY ALTER OR AMEND THE POLICIES SET FORTH IN THIS HANDBOOK OR ISSUE AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. I HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THE YANFENG FOUNTAIN INN EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK AND HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. MY SIGNATURE DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT I AGREE OR DISAGREE WITH THE POLICIES.
