Create First Summary Field 1. Select the carat on the “enhancedLabelControl2” 2. Select the ellipses on Summary to open the Summary Editor 3. Select “Record Number” under Summary function in the Summary Editor 4. Select the “Report” radio button 5. Select Ok

Create Count Summary Field 1. Select the carat on “enhancedLabelControl4” to access the Label Tasks 2. Select the summary ellipses 3. Select “Count” from the Summary function drop ‐ down 4. Select the “Group” radio button 5. Save report 6. Preview report
