Set the Entity Representations In this step we will change the entity representations in each cell 1. Select the carat in each cell to open the Local Tasks dialog box 2. Set the first cells entity representation to “Number” 3. Set the first cells entity representation to “Name” 4. Set the first cells entity representation to “description” 5. Save report 6. Preview report
