Seven Versets on WIE SCHON LERCHTET DER MORGANENSTERN (O Morning Star, How Fair and Bright) This collection contains seven different settings of various difficulty levels (manuals only, simple pedal part, slow movements, fast movements, etc.) for the tune found in our United Methodist Hymnal. Each setting may be played alone for a prelude, offertory, postlude or you may choose to group several settings for a longer organ selection. This is a collection of 14 pieces based on hymn tunes associated with the Advent texts that can be used as Preludes, Offertories, Postludes or Hymn Introductions. About half of the tunes are in our United Methodist Hymnal and the others are associated with hymn tunes known by many.
