Worship Arts Apr May Jun 2023

A Note From the Editor

You didn’t read that wrong, and we didn’t change the name of our magazine; I simply embraced some creative license for this issue. The Fellowship of Worship Artists exists to cultivate and equip worship artists all over the country and around the world. We are blessed to do this work with you; and your National Board and staff, event design team, and regional leadership are working hard to continue living into what that means now and in the days ahead. Within the pages of this issue of WorshipArt(ists), you will find information about Music & Worship Arts Week 2023, the Florida Chapter Music Workshop, our National Board nominations, and more. It is an issue about the people who make this organization what it is (you!), the many folks working to make our national and regional events possible, and the options available to assist you as you continue your journey of making transformative worship experiences available in your churches and communities. With so much going on over the past nine months – our name change, new website, membership campaign, national event preparation, etc. – the pages of our most recent issues have been full of Fellowship news. In the July – Aug. – Sept. issue, we will be shifting much of this space back to worship resources. We welcome your feedback, and would love to hear from you regarding what you need as we head into the 2023-2024 church year. Please email us at info@thefellowshipowa.org with your suggestions, or to submit any resources you’d like to share with our members. Thankyou,

Cultivate. Equip. Worship.
