MID-COUNTY PARK 390 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg

Mid-County is the largest park in Montgomery County at 110 acres, and offers amenities including the Frog Pond Swimming Pool, Activity Center, Golden Hill Disc Golf Course, a playground, and a basketball court. Some unique features include the extensive nature trail system, wildlife habitat areas, aquatic and wetland areas, and a dog walking area. There are three picnic shelters, charcoal grills, and electricity. Wheelchair accessible trials are available to Shelters #1, #2, and the restrooms. The max capacity for each shelter is 100 guests. Shelters 1 and 2 are available for rent from April 1 through October 31. MID-COUNTY ACTIVITY CENTER 390 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg The Activity Center is used for summer camps and special programs. It is located adjacent to the Frog Pond Swimming Pool and near the Mid-County shelters, nature trails, and disc golf course.
