Registration Information You may register and pay online beginning March 2, however your child will not be fully registered until we have received the Forms Packet, birth certificate, health form, and immunization record. Forms will become available after February 15 in our office and online at: https://montva.com/parks-and-rec/swim/frog-hoppers-summer-camp The deadline to register your child and submit all required paperwork is the Wednesday prior to the week of camp.
