HIIT THE NEW YEAR 6 Week High Intensity Interval Training We get it. Private personal training is not for everyone. If you are not sure about the one-on-one aspect of working with a personal trainer, but want more structure for your workouts, small group training might be the perfect option. High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a total body workout that pushes you to be your best, with a hint of friendly competition. This 30-minute HIIT program lets participants utilize all the latest workout toys from Kettlebells to Free Weights and from TRX Suspension Training to Battling Ropes. Every workout is different! Let our Certified Personal Trainers work you past your plateau with this 6-week program. Gold or Silver Pass Plan Required. GOLF PERFORMANCE TRAINING Whether you’re a first time golfer or a seasoned veteran, come work along with Certified Personal Trainer and Golf Conditioning Specialist Thelma Surber as she takes you through proper swing and stance technique, flexibility, strength training, balance and core training all to help improve your overall golf game. Would you like to know details on how to train and prepare for the race? We’ve got you covered!

Test yourself in ways you never thought you would! Each Spartan Race Prep Workshop will include tips and tricks on how to make it through all of the obstacles, including the mental challenge of the race itself. Throughout the workshop series, we will go through the obstacles to learn training techniques that will help you conquer them all with little to no burpees. We will also cover nutrition on the course, gear and exercises and techniques to reduce or eliminate common injuries. Learn to dominate the infamous Spartan Race Obstacles with 2x Trifecta Finisher and Certified Spartan Obstacle Specialist, Heather Nelson.
