Additional Information: Functional Fitness focuses on practical exercises that teach your muscles how to work together efficiently to perform work, sports, and/or your daily routine more effectively. This class will involve core strengthening in every session, and will help all of your muscle groups work better together! Participants must provide their own exercise mat for classes. Additional Information: This full body workout will be a high energy, strength-building and full-body cardio workout. We will use free weights and body weight exercises to help every participant meet their fitness goals. Participants must provide their own exercise mat for classes. Minimum: 5 Maximum: 20 Class Reg.
