ingredients 4 Slices of bread 1 lb bulk sausage 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese 6 eggs 2 Cups Milk 1 tsp salt Dash of pepper Dash of dry mustard

directions 1. Grease 13x9x2 Baking dish. Tear up 4 slices of bread and place in a dish. 2. Cook sausage, drain and break apart and spoon over bread. 3. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. 4. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. 5. Pour over mixture in dish. Let sit overnight in fridge (covered). 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (uncovered).
