Chinese Salad Prep time Cook time Ready in Serves 20 min. 0 1 hr. 20 min. 12 ingredients 2 cups of rice cooked and cooled down ½ lbs. of bean sprout (1 little bag) ½ bag of spinach (5 oz.) washed and dried 3 celery sticks cut in cubes 1/3 cup of raisins 1 cup of mushrooms 1 green pepper cut into cubes (or ½ green + ½ red)
directions 1. Mix all ingredients together to create the salad. 2. Mix ingredients to create the dressing. 3. Add the dressing 1 hour before serving. Bon Appétit!
