Claimed as some of the best mountain biking trails on the east coast, ride on your own or check out local competitions. Located in the Jefferson National Forest, Pandapas Pond offers fishing and 2 miles of flat trail to walk around the pond and wetland. Falls Ridge Preserve Hike to a spring-fed waterfall while marveling at little cascades along the way. Look for wildflowers and beautiful rock formations during the spring and interesting ice formations in the winter. TransAmerica Trail Cycle your way through part of the TransAmerica Trail, Route 76.
