Adding Diagrams to the Report

• Objective: • Learn to output diagrams to the Report • Exercise: Create “EX.15 Component Hierarchy Diagram Report” • Duplicate EX.4.A Component Report • Build a report that provides the component, component description , physical hierarchy diagram, and a list of components in the diagram • Do not report on components that do not have a “built from” relation • Only report on components that have a parent-child relation

Insert Group Header Band

We first need to insert a group header band into the relationshipsReport Band, then move our entity labels into the group header band 1. Select the “relationshipsReportBand” and right-click to access the context menu 2. Select “Insert Band”, and then “GroupHeader: 3.
