Originally roughed in (unfinished but laid out) for a small bathroom, the homeowners dreamed bigger — envisioning a luxurious retreat where they could unwind after a long day. With high ceilings and a large win dow that fills the space with natu ral light, the basement was reimag ined into a spa-like haven. The homeowners’ wish list included a spacious shower, soaking tub, and sauna, all seamlessly arranged to maximize functionality and com fort. The oversized shower features custom tilework, multiple shower heads, and sleek glass doors. Across from it, a freestanding soaking tub offers privacy while still capturing the natural light and view. Luxury touches like a heated towel rack and heated tile floors elevate the experi ence.
