Project Description

This project funds annual miscellaneous improvements to town-owned buildings in accordance with annual safety, security and condition inspections. Typical improvements funded by this project include gutter/downspout repairs, roof repairs, door and window replacements, heating/air conditioning ductwork repairs, alarm and access control system upgrades and site drainage improvements. For FY27, the continuing CIP project titled Rental Property Maintenance, has been combined with Major Facilities Repair and Maintenance, adding $40,000 to the annual project funding.
