This project provides continued funding for ADA Facilities Transition Planning projects and assessments, fulfilling requirements set forth in Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Funding will be used to complete the identification of physical barriers to accessibility and prioritize projects in accordance with the most current phase of the Town's Transition Planning.
