Project Description

The Police Department currently has traffic video cameras in the downtown area to assist with investigations and citizen complaints. Improved technology exists for high-resolution cameras that can replace existing cameras which are approximately ten years old. Over the course of this project, the department will replace the downtown cameras and add cameras at intersections along Main Street from Industrial Park Drive to Prices Fork Road as well as add cameras along Prices Fork Road from Main Street to Huntington Lane.
