Project Description

This project will design and construct an ADA accessible, two stall public restroom facility in downtown Blacksburg between College Avenue and Roanoke Street and will be coordinated and integrated into the Draper Road Streetscape project. This project was identified as a very high priority in the Town's America n Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) community survey, but was not funded through the process.
